“Welcome to Sulmona“ Cooking Experience is a workshop held in a professional kitchen in the centre of Sulmona.
It starts with a quick market shop in Piazza Garibaldi to purchase some essential fresh ingredients followed by a morning session preparing your own lunch.

This isn’t simply a demonstration, so you’ll be able to learn first-hand some valuable techniques to take home with you. Our usual menu includes a couple of locally inspired pasta dishes which change according to the season.

All instructions and take-away materials are in English and you are welcome to invite non-participating friends and family to join you for the lunch that you have prepared.
Your lunch will also include house wine, a dessert and coffee.
